Basic job function

Write/edit content and design web pages.

Responsibilities

  •  Create web pages and manipulate web pages using a content management system (CMS).
  •  Work collaboratively with SLC staff to complete website edits.
  •  Work with Division of Student staff to process website editing requests.
  •  Guide and train clients in collaboratively creating, editing, and migrating website content and media.
  •  Respond to client requests regarding new web pages or CMS help.
  •  Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  •  Good communication & writing skills. Writing for the web is a plus.
  •  Experience with graphic design and/or page layout.
  •  Basic knowledge of one or more of the following: Writing, HTML, Photoshop, web & online communications concepts, social media management.
  •  Minimum of one year commitment. Resume and examples of work preferred.
